Returns Policy

All the items are quality checked before they are sent.

In the unlikely scenario if your item is damaged/missing, you should email us at support@waraichjewels.co.uk to notify us of the return within 24 hours of receiving the goods with pictures or the videos. Please allow up to 48 hours for a reply. Item needs to be returned to us within 2 days in their original packaging. Please read below to see which items can be returned as some restrictions apply due to hygiene reasons. A full refund will be provided once we receive the items.

Can I exchange my item/s?
We DO NOT accept exchange of any items due to change of mind/doesn't suit your needs. Our products have specifications in their description which give you details on the products. This includes the length and weight of the products.

Can I cancel my order?
Please notify us within 12 hours of making your order if you wish to cancel the purchase. If your order has not been sent we can honour this request. This comes with an additional admin charges of £5 which will be deducted from the refund money of your order.

We do not accept cancellations after 12 hours.
